1. OVERVIEW

Ola Mate LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") offers a "Subscribe & Save" subscription program that allows customers to receive automatic recurring deliveries of their favorite Ola Mate products at a discounted rate. This Subscription Policy ("Policy") governs all subscription purchases made through our Website at www.olamate.com.

By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to be bound by this Policy, our Terms of Service, and any other applicable policies incorporated herein. Please read this Policy carefully before activating a subscription.

2. HOW THE SUBSCRIBE & SAVE PROGRAM WORKS

When you select the "Subscribe & Save" option on a product page, you are enrolling in a recurring order program. The program operates as follows:

  • You select a delivery frequency at checkout (e.g., every 30 days, every 60 days, or your preferred interval). Your subscription will automatically renew and ship at the frequency you selected.Delivery Frequency: 

  • Subscribers receive a discounted price compared to the standard one-time purchase price. The applicable discount percentage will be clearly displayed on the product page at the time of enrollment.Discount: 

  • By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Ola Mate to automatically charge your saved payment method for each recurring order at the selected interval, at the then-current subscription price, until you cancel or modify your subscription.Automatic Billing: 

  • We will send you an email reminder three (3) days before each scheduled billing date, notifying you of your upcoming charge and providing you with the opportunity to make any changes before the order is processed.Renewal Reminders: 

3. MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You have full control over your subscription and can manage it at any time through your Ola Mate Account Portal, accessible by logging in to your account at www.olamate.com. Through the Account Portal, you may:

  • Cancel your subscription;

  • Pause your subscription for a specified period;

  • Skip an individual upcoming delivery;

  • Change the delivery frequency;

  • Update your delivery address or payment method;

  • Swap or change the product(s) in your subscription.

If you experience any difficulty accessing the Account Portal, please contact our support team at support@olamate.com or call 516-225-5321 and we will assist you in making any changes.

4. THE 48-HOUR CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION RULE

To avoid being charged for a scheduled shipment, any changes to your subscription including cancellation, pausing, skipping, or updating your order must be submitted through the Ola Mate Account Portal at least forty-eight (48) hours before your next scheduled billing date.

Changes or cancellation requests received within forty-eight (48) hours of a scheduled billing date may not be processed in time to prevent the associated charge. If this occurs, the applicable order will be fulfilled and shipped as scheduled. You may submit a cancellation effective for the next billing cycle, and no further charges will occur after that point.

We strongly recommend that you mark your subscription renewal date in your calendar and review your account portal in advance. Your next billing date is always accessible in your Ola Mate Account Portal.

5. CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees or penalties, provided that the cancellation is submitted at least forty-eight (48) hours before the next billing date as described in Section 4 above.

Upon cancellation:

  • No further charges will be made to your payment method after the current billing cycle concludes;

  • Any orders that have already been processed and fulfilled prior to cancellation will be shipped and are subject to our Refund Policy;

  • You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation. Please retain this confirmation for your records.

To cancel your subscription, log in to your Ola Mate Account Portal and follow the cancellation instructions. Alternatively, contact our support team at support@olamate.com with your account information and cancellation request.

6. PRICING AND PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

The subscription discount and pricing are applied to the then-current retail price of the product at the time of each renewal. Ola Mate reserves the right to adjust product prices, subscription discount rates, or both.

If the price of your subscription changes for any reason, we will notify you by email at least thirty (30) days in advance of the price change taking effect. If you do not wish to continue your subscription at the new price, you have the right to cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect, and no charges at the new price will be applied.

Promotional pricing, introductory offers, or discount codes are not guaranteed to apply to subsequent subscription renewals unless expressly stated at the time of enrollment.

7. PAYMENT AND BILLING

By enrolling in a subscription, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize us to charge that payment method for all subscription-related fees.

Failed Payments. If a scheduled payment fails (e.g., due to an expired or declined card), we will notify you by email and attempt to process the charge again. We reserve the right to pause or cancel your subscription if payment cannot be successfully processed after a reasonable number of attempts. It is your responsibility to keep your payment information current and accurate in your Account Portal.

Payment Method Updates. You may update your payment method at any time by logging in to your Ola Mate Account Portal. To avoid disruption to your subscription, please update your payment information promptly if your card expires or is replaced.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Subscription orders are subject to the same shipping rates and policies as one-time purchases, unless otherwise specified at the time of enrollment. Any free shipping thresholds, promotional shipping offers, or discounts applicable to subscriptions will be clearly communicated at checkout and in your Account Portal.

Delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier performance, and demand. Ola Mate is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside of our control. If a subscription order is lost, damaged, or undelivered, please refer to our Refund Policy for the applicable claims process.

9. REFUNDS ON SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

All subscription orders are subject to our Refund Policy, available at www.olamate.com/policies/refund-policy. Because our products are perishable, all sales are final except in cases of damage, defect, or error on our part. If a subscription shipment arrives damaged or defective, please follow the claims process outlined in our Refund Policy within thirty (30) days of delivery.

10. SUBSCRIPTION AS A GIFT

If you wish to purchase a subscription as a gift for another person, please contact us at support@olamate.com for assistance. Gift subscriptions are managed through a separate process and require the recipient's consent for ongoing enrollment and billing.

11. PRE-ORDERS THROUGH SUBSCRIPTION

Occasionally, new or limited-edition products may be made available for pre-order through our subscription program. If a subscription renewal includes a pre-order item:

  • Payment will be collected at the time the renewal is processed;

  • You may cancel the pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before a shipping label has been created for that specific order;

  • If the fulfillment of a pre-order item is significantly delayed beyond the estimated shipping date communicated at the time of the order, you are entitled to a full refund for that order.

12. AMENDMENTS TO THIS POLICY

Ola Mate LLC reserves the right to modify this Subscription Policy at any time. Where changes are material particularly those that affect billing terms, cancellation rights, or subscription pricing we will notify you by email at least thirty (30) days in advance. Your continued use of our subscription service following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
